Hola, I am Taly Elizondo. Some people know me as Taly-Taly - the name that I used when I worked as an on-air personality in the radio industry. A while back, during my free time off the air, I cooked for my friends and family, and began discovering another great passion in my life: “Time in the Kitchen”.
Back then, when I was about to cook a meal, I reached out to my mom, grandma and aunts and asked for help with ingredients, recipes and family meal traditions. Cooking connected me with my roots.
I enjoy combining the flavors and ingredients from my ancestors with those from other parts of the world, creating new dishes, textures and flavors while maintaining the seasoning of my family.
Cooking for friends, family and clients is my greatest passion and joy, and my biggest pleasure is to surprise people's palate with my creations.
